A couple days ago, a friend of mine talked about her favorite spot on campus. Well, today I don’t have work, and the weather is beautiful, so I figured it would be a good time to go visit my hangout of choice—The Triangle. 

This spot is one not too many people notice, even though they probably pass by it everyday. Outside the LH1 handicap entrance (the lower, hidden part of LH1), is a set of stairs leading up to the Commons. To the right of these stairs is a triangular platform. From here, you’re both hidden by the bushes, but you have a great view of the quad and all the people walking by. It’s a perfect sniping spot for anyone that plays Humans vs. Zombies, and also a great place to be if you want to enjoy the fresh air, but want a something a bit more enclosed than the Commons. I’ve had a lot of good times here, and not many people know about this spot, so it’s almost always free. During the winter, we hang out inside the Commons, of course, but if weather and schoolwork permits, I still like to come out here and enjoy the sun.
