I know it’s awful to judge a book by its cover, but let’s be honest, we all do.

In addition to recommendations from friends, the other reason I started reading the books is because its title sequence is beautiful. I’ve never watched the show (nor do I really plan to) but the title sequence was enough to get me looking. It stays incredibly true to the story, and the artistic style one its own is stunning. The GoT title sequence is one of the few that tells all of the story yet none of it simultaneously.
